The name 1946 was born by improvisation but fully reflects the idea and responsibility of the owner not only for the rich history, but also the respectful attitude towards the culinary culture associated with Ke Dat Cho, Kinh Ky, Thang Long – Hanoi thousand years of civilization.
1946, therefore, is both familiar and strange to everyone. Familiar because you will find somewhere in the simple and cozy space of 1946 the intimate flavors that grandma and mother used to cook for the whole family when reunited. Strange because each dish, despite the name, is the same as in another restaurant, but the taste of 1946 is rustic and unique, making you remember it if you try it once.

Lau가 먹고 싶어 검색하다 어느 칼럼리스트가 적은 글을 보고 찾아간 곳이다. 1층에 자리를 잡았는데 근처 국방부 소속 직원들로 보이는 사람들이 회식을 하고 있었고 현지인, 여행자들이 끊임없이 드나들었다. 식당의 분위기는 전체적으로 짙은 우드와 흑백사진으로 인테리어 되었고 사기 그릇들이 마치 중국 항주에서 들른 임시정부에 앉아 있는 느낌이었다. .우선 찬으로 주는 땅콩 튀김과 옥수수차가 일품이다(물론 값을 지불함)물수건인지 물티슈인지 두툼한데 사용하지 않았다. 겉포장이 꽤나 고급스럽다. 본격적으로 나온 라우는 내가 생각했던 것보다 더 고급스럽다. 배달된 상태로 아무것도 넣지 않고 먹은 국물은 담백하고 진하면서 구수하였지만 야채와 다른 음식을 모두 넣으니 맛이 전혀 달라졌다. 하지만 이 또한 맛있었다. 베트남 7일째 중 반미 25를 포함하여 가장 맛있게 먹은 음식 중 하나이다. 다음엔 다른 음식들도 먹어 보고 싶다.
