Banh cuon Ba Xuan
Add collectionContact Information
Nestled in a small corner on the slope of Hoe Nhai Street, Mrs. Xuan's bánh cuốn (Vietnamese steamed rice rolls) restaurant has existed for more than 30 years, crowded from early morning until late at night. Every day, the restaurant opens from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. and continues to sell from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. before closing.
The crust is soft, wrapped inside with myrtle meat filling, sprinkled with a little fried fragrant onion, served with deep-fried pork or deep-fried cinnamon-flavored pork sausage from Uoc Le village. In addition to meat rolls, try egg rolls, which are a variation that many people love.

A wonderful place! Delicious food, super welcoming and very friendly staff. We spent a very nice evening, trying something special that was explained to us in detail. Absolutely recommended.
