Khách sạn đẹp. Phục vụ tốt. Các bạn FO, FB, KIT,HK rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn phục vụ chu đáo xuyên suốt quá trình gia đình mình ở.
Cơ sở vật chất rất tốt, không gì phàn nàn. Phòng ốc rộng rãi sạch sẽ, riêng tư và có hồ bơi riêng.
Các tiện ích của khách sạn cũng rất tôt.

We stayed here for 3 nights over new years period - The 3bdr Villa was beautiful. Modern, clean and well maintained. Buggy’s were plentiful and was easy to get one to get around. Food options were pretty good. Gym was modern. Pool beautiful. Landscaping and night lighting amazing.

All though well intentioned - Staff communication in English is very difficult at this hotel. I can understand not all staff being fluent but those answering phone calls in the office should be more conversant.

We had major issues booking room service. It took about 10 minutes off backwards and forwards to order meals for 4 people with different options, questions and clarifications purely because of English understanding of the person taking orders over the phone. Estimated time for food was given as “130 minutes” when it was meant to be 1hour and 30minutes. When food arrived, items were missing.

The worst issue with this hotel is the spa. There was much confusion and waiting before we were taken in with changing of rooms etc. We had four family members. While I was in a single room and my massage itself great, my other family members had a different experience. In the double massage room - the therapists were talking together the whole time and even playing on their phones! Massaging with one hand and scrolling their phone with their other!!! A spa is meant to be relaxing - the therapists shouldn’t be yelling and chatting while walking to the rooms and then when in the rooms, should be focussed on you and not multitasking or chatting. It s not like the spa is anywhere near local rates either with the usual international premium price which is fine but at least meet the international standard if you are going to do so. Super lacklustre and really diminished the other positive memories we have about the hotel. For this reason alone, I wish I booked JW Marriott or one of the hotels with better spa management.

So feedback to management is that you need to sort out the spa.

Separate to the hotel - for tours I recommend contacting “Johns Tours” - can do easily on WhatsApp, just google them - and asking for “Hoa” to be your private guide. Great things to see on Phu Quoc and this guide was great. Had two days - first day seeing pineapple island/cable car plus south and north island sights and then second day snorkelling.
