Khung cảnh xung quanh khá đẹp, Phòng hướng ra biển sáng phòng. Nhân viên lễ tân welcone nhiệt tình. Hơi xa chỗ vui chơi phía Bắc đảo nhưng bù lại rất gần Cap Treo. Phòng rộng và bày trí gọn gàng, đáng để trải nghiệm.

1. Khi đến KS: Tự mang hành lý. Nhân viên thì đi xung quanh nhưng không ai quan tâm bạn
2. Đến checkin: Nhân viên LT ko welcome. Mượn bàn là thì kêu khách tự mang lên.
3. Sau khi lên phòng cửa bị hỏng. Gọi xuống NV lên mở cửa thì ko giải thik nguyên nhân cũng như XL cửa hỏng.
