Being a bit of a science `nerd , The Department of Chemistry bar is my ultimate playground. Set up like a fully fitted out chemistry lab, even down to the staff in lab coats, with the added bonus of being beach side, this bar is perfect for those after dinner drinks. The cocktails here, from the classics to the in-house designed drinks are true perfection. Kick off your shoes and spread out on one of the over sized day beds while watching the waves gently roll onto the beach and enjoy a stunning cocktail with the peanuts served in actual test tubes. The food menu here is small but excellent. If you re feeling creative, take a personalized, one to one cocktail making class. This is possibly the best late night chill bar on Phu Quoc.

You have to go to this bar just see it! The whole place looks like a movie set the design is incredible, fascinating and breath taking. The service is very very slow, we called ahead, a couple of days, to let them know we would be coming with 26 people, they were not ready and couldn t cope with our orders, disappointing. Still recommend you go just to experience the place. Very quiet and not a lot of people around, feels like you are the only people there.
