The Bar is now called THE SUMMIT and is located on the 20th floor of the Pan Pacific hotel. To get the only 2 elevators go to that floor so check the elevators before you get in.
Once there the view of the city is amazing, and if it gets a bit cool sitting outside you can either ask for a blanket from the staff or move to the comfortable tables and chairs inside.
