Khuoi Ky ancient stone village

Located in Ban Gioc waterfall tourist area, Khuoi Ky village is a village with more than 400 years of age, 100km from Cao Bang center. With a location leaning against limestone mountains and an area of about 1ha, this is home to more than 14 households belonging to the Tay ethnic group. In front of the village is the peaceful Khuoi Ky stream where the children in the village bathe and play in the afternoon. The special feature of this ancient village is the stone houses built in 1594. The general architecture of these houses is traditional - three-storey houses roofed with tiles with foundations made of stone. Not only houses, stones are found everywhere in Khuoi Ky village, from fences, stoves, millstones to dams. Therefore, Khuoi Ky is still often called the ancient stone village.
