This is the only Japanese-style restaurant in Vietnam to receive a Michelin star, awarded for Teppanyaki cuisine - cooking on a unique hot table at Hibana.
The Izakaya menu and Teppanyaki cuisine use fresh Japanese ingredients such as abalone, spiny lobster, sea urchin, Yaeyama Kyori beef and Hokkaido hairy crab, which will weave the signature of the four seasons - spring, summer, autumn and winter, giving each diner a unique and different culinary experience.
