Ann Quan

This is an address specializing in serving Northern dishes in the heart of Saigon. Most of the raw materials are shipped in from the North. Diners can find simple dishes, with Northern country flavors such as snail noodles, fish noodles, vegetable soup cooked with copper crab, spring rolls, pickles, and cannon. Ann Quan has a total area of up to 1,200m2, designed in the style of rural architecture, bold Northern village. True to the meaning of the word "An" in the restaurant's name, "Ann Quan" both refers to a peaceful space, as well as a pun affirming the peace of mind and trust of diners when coming to dine here.
