Second visit at Da Vittorio Saigon and second fantastic food and wine experience !
Since my last visit they introduced many new things to make the experience even more high!!!!
I started in the caviar corner bar where I had a glass of Dom Perignon and a superb Beluga caviar…
After I decided to go for their meat menu… my wife choose the vegetarian menu… both spot on!! So many creativity and tasteful dishes!
As usual their paccheri pasta was one of the best pasta I’ve had in my life and the beef fillet Rossini style was superb! My wife’s love the scampi and the signature egg and caviar dish.
The wine pairing also perfect!
Don’t forget to check out their new incredible cheese trolley! Super!
Again.. if you are looking for real and fine dining Italian food in Saigon, Da Vittorio is for sure the place to go! Cheers!

We had the tasting menu with paired wines, as we often do in Michelin-starred restaurants but we both left feeling rather underwhelmed.
The food was nicely cooked and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, and we had a private and comfortable booth, which we all liked.
However, service was far too fast, and we had to ask them to slow down at one point. While the food was nicely cooked, there was nothing that really made me sit up and think ‘wow … that’s nice’. The ‘star’ dish, which was a mixture of different types of eggs and had won some award somewhere, was probably the low point of the meal … a custardy mixture in which some rather good caviar was drowned, both literally and in terms of flavour.
It was also incredibly expensive. I just didn’t get it, and it’s not somewhere to which I will return.
