Tiem com Chuyen Ky
Add collectionContact Information
Tiem com Chuyen Ky has been open for sale since 1948, in the style of a Chinese-style family restaurant. The dish here follows an heirloom recipe with rice cooked in a bowl, steamed with steam for 30 minutes. The space outside the shop is a sign "Tiem com Chuyen Ky" hand-painted with paint on bricks, a very popular sign decoration of Saigon restaurants before 1975 when there was no technique to make signs by machine.
Michelin introduces soups here that have a clear, MSG-free, MSG-free broth that has a slight aroma of Chinese herbs. A must-try is steamed rice bowl with beef, chicken, or Cantonese-style pork sausage.

Did two different set menus. Both balanced, delicious, fun, and exotic (to us, neither of which knows Vietnamese food well). Yay!!!
