Red Dragon is a family-run restaurant and cooking school established in 2007, located on a corner of Ba Le Cho Hoi An agricultural street. The menu here is creative and sophisticated based on classic dishes of Hoi An. Moreover, Red Dragon uses only the freshest local products, along with seasonal ingredients and in addition to the enthusiasm and expertise of the chef sent through each dish.
