The ramen shop offers a "1001" selection of noodles for another food called My Oshi 03.
Prepared by talented Japanese chefs, My Oshi 03 received a "rain" of compliments because of the irresistible deliciousness of the large bowls of ramen noodles. Here, ramen noodles come in a wide variety of flavors, from traditional ramen like Miso (soy sauce), Shio (salt) and Shoyu (soy sauce) to novelties like cheese ramen, curry ramen or kimchi natto ramen.
At My Oshi 03, the two most popular noodle flavors are Shio ramen and Miso ramen. Shio ramen noodles have a characteristic salty taste that is very attractive to the taste buds, full of large sliced meat, minced meat, egg yolk, bean sprouts, cabbage ... Meanwhile, miso ramen is more frugal, the broth is lighter and there are fewer side dishes.

The food in this place is outstanding. We are expats in Hanoi and we come here once a week and to be honest that s not enough. I can t even recommend something to eat as everything is so tasty (but curry chicken ramen is a personal favourite) excellent service, outstanding value, great portions and all round treat of a place to come. Make sure you re hungry!!! It s worth taking a 10min grab from the old quarter to experience in my opinion Hanoi s best Ramen.

昨年からたびたびランチで訪れています。岩手県出身という日本人マスターが常駐しており、若いベトナム人の店員も日本語ができます。当店の基本のラーメン（味噌、塩、醤油）は、日本で昨今流行の脂ギトギトのラーメンではなく、あっさり系の優しい味わいです。このほか、鶏白湯系、焦がし醤油系など何種類かスープも用意があります。別メニューでは牛丼、かつ丼や焼き肉巻き握り飯などがリーズナブルに提供されており、あっさり系のラーメンとセットで食べて、胃がもたれません。（牛丼とカレーライスにはミニサイズもあります）
基本の塩ラーメン（ベトナム盛り・麺少なめの100g）が6万ドン未満と、ハノイの平均的な日本ラーメン店の半値以下とされています。ハノイのラーメン店では通常は9割日本人とのイメージですが、当店は珍しいことに、昼時に若いベトナム人グループの客が増えつつあるとの印象です。
