The restaurant was small and the menu was limited (given there are only 6 units) - the menu did change every couple days. The food was fresh, tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The wine selections were intelligently selected and offered excellent value. The service was excellent - personal yet unobtrusive.

Slept 5 nights here in December 2021. There is not a big choice of restaurants around, and some were even closed due to Corona. And it usually rains heavily in the evenings thus not a good idea to walk around in the dark. So once you sleep here you don’t have a choice. The food however is delicious, a bit pricy of course. Only one time I was not happy with the quality. The wine list could be improved, low quality for high price. I always ate the beautiful flowers on the food but my guide in Panama City later told me that could create some problems (headache etc), which indeed I had.
