Add collectionContact Information
La Siesta Hoi An is only 700m from the old town but has a completely opposite atmosphere to the bustle of Hoi Quarter. With only a façade of only 20m, you will feel like you are lost in an oasis but find no exit when entering here. La Siesta has four different swimming pools – featuring an infinity pool with breathtaking views, two restaurants serving Asian and European cuisine and a relaxing spa. This resort is really worth spending a whole day enjoying every moment here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights and had a suite with a balcony which was very welcome. It was a lovely big room with a bath actually in the room. Tea and coffee and bottled water were provided. The room had a sign that said you couldn’t have your own food or drink in the hotel and they would charge you if you wanted to do so. I guess they want you to use their bars & restaurants but it’s a curious rule that I have only ever come across once before in a hotel. We did ask to finish a bottle of wine at dinner in our room as we wanted to drink it on the balcony and the waitress carried it to the room for us.
The food in the restaurants was quite good but obviously you will get better value if you walk into town. The servers were very friendly and helpful and always had time for a chat. Town is a 10 to 15 minute walk away along a busy road. Like most roads we came across in Vietnam, you mostly couldn’t walk on the pavements for scooters and other things so have to walk on the road.
There are two pools. People seemed to congregate around the larger pool. The smaller pool always seemed empty by comparison even though it was a nice pool.
The concierge lady was very helpful and approachable. We took the hotel bikes one morning and rode to the Coconut Village which took about an hour and mostly off the road. Had a beer and watched the people taking trips in the small conical boats.
