Had a lovely room. Junior suite. Initially booked jacuzzi room which unknown to us upon booking had no view due to very high wall on balcony. Asked for upgrade and was told none available even though I was willing to pay. Next day I asked again and a lovely staff member named BIHN accommodated us. Nothing was too much trouble for him during our stay and he definitely made it more enjoyable for us!
