Hoi An Rose Garden Hotel

Khách sạn nhỏ nhắn, xinh xắn, sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Trc cửa khách sạn có hồ bơi nhỏ xinh, bọn trẻ rất thích vui đùa dưới làn nước mát trong, nước cũng khá sạch. Nhân viên khách sạn niềm nở, thân thiện. Khách sạn cách phố cổ Hội An chừng 2km. Khách sạn có sẵn xe đạp cho khách mượn miễn phí để di chuyển. Đoàn nhà mình ai ấy đều hài lòng về chất lượng, dịch vụ của khách sạn. Chi phí bỏ ra lại khá rẻ. Đoàn nhà mình đi đầu hè, phòng chừng 600k/1 ngày. Thực ra lúc đầu đặt phòng cũng sợ rẻ quá chất lượng không đc tốt, nhưng có đến rồi mới thấy thật bất ngờ, giá phải chăng nhưng chất lượng lại khá tốt. Nếu có dịp vô Hội An lần khác, chắc chắn mình sẽ lại ở khách sạn này.

We stayed at Hoian Rose Garden on our vacation in the area. The place is clean. The best thing about this place is the personnel. The front desk personnel speaks good English and very helpful. Gang is excellent and indeed a shining star. She is very attentive and sensitive to the customer s needs and provide great suggestions. She is always ready to help and guide. There are few things to improve: some other personnel are not that helpful. The breakfast buffet has much to be desired. They had mangoes but once the plate is finished (by some hungry tourist who took all one plate) , the buffet employees said that they have no more. The location is fine though far from the city old town center. Gang made up for the shortcoming.
