My friend and I were just blown away with the friendliness and customer service we received from Ve and her team.
Everything was great. Such a relaxing, casual atmosphere.
Just a short walk to Old Town and just out of the way enough to be nice and quiet. There was building going on next door but this is no fault of the hotel and did not disturb our stay at all.
We had a room with a balcony. The pool area was a lovely break in the afternoon to cool off.
The hotel does not feel crowded in main areas and the breakfast room has indoor / outdoor seating which is great in the morning. The breakfast selection was more than adequate to suit most tastes.
Decor of the hotel is lovely with splashes of colour in the lantern decorations which Hoi An is all about.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. I would very much agree with another guest review who summed it up "“family guesthouse feel with hotel facilities”.
