We stayed in Golden Art during all of our stops in Vietnam - we have stayed in 3 different rooms and, even if a bit outdated and the little fridge did’t always work, the beds were comfortable, all clean and spacious.
The staff was super kind, professional and helpful at all times and around everything, from aiport pick-up to Hanoi exploration to Sapa tour organization.
In a quiet corner of the chaos of Old Quarter, you get a good value room and service.
