The service was quite good, the staff was very helpful and nice. Upon arrival, they do offer tour services if you haven t come prepared with plans for Hanoi, in our case we didn t need this but could be helpful for those that do. The breakfast was great, many options and the food was delicious! Our only complaint would be that the night before we checked out, we noticed that someone came into our room without consent and dropped off a survey on our bed, unusual timing and we felt a little uncomfortable with this. Perhaps putting it under the door would have been more appropriate. Other than that, we have no complaints.
