Địa điểm này là tuyệt vời nếu bạn đang muốn ở lại trung tâm của Hà Nội và đi bộ xung quanh một số địa điểm phải xem của thành phố. Môi trường xung quanh rất hỗn loạn với rất nhiều xe máy, nhưng bên trong khách sạn yên tĩnh. Các phòng rất thoải mái, và bữa sáng rất tốt với nhiều lựa chọn thực phẩm. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và giúp tôi đặt tour trong một ngày, và chọn các đề xuất nhà hàng và những điều cần xem trong khu vực.
Tôi đã đi du lịch một mình nên kích thước của căn phòng là ok, nhưng các phòng có thể nhỏ cho khách có nhiều hành lý.

La Storia was in a good location with clean rooms and comfy beds, but what made our stay so special was the staff. The staff went way beyond normal standards to make our stay exceptional and everyone was so helpful from the start. Once I booked the reservation for our stay, I immediately got a message from Nga offering to assist me with booking tours, transportation, etc. Nga and Diep were really helpful. Diep gave me good recommendations for restaurant nearby and he even assist me in putting in my sim card in my mobile phone. When we left for our trip to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, they stored one of our luggage until we returned to Hanoi. There was one miscommunication when booking a private day tour through the hotel for a private driver and tour guide to show us around Hanoi, we were under the impression that we would be getting a professional guide (given the price quoted for driver and guide - $70), but the staff booked us a guide from the "Hanoi Free" private guide. The Hanoi Free guide is a good service, but they are not professional guides and have very limited knowledge of historical sites of the city of Hanoi. When we voiced our concern, the La Storia discounted our quoted price a little for the misunderstanding. The La Storia were apologetic of the misunderstanding and try to remedy the problem after the fact. Nevertheless, our stay was wonderful at La Storia and I would highly recommend hotel to anyone that finds themselves in Hanoi.
