I must say that whenever we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake we stop by Noble for breakfast at the Prince of Wales hotel. The dining room is quite lovely with beautiful paintings and a view of Simcoe Park across the street. The food is wonderfully prepared. The seasonal omelet is always outstanding. And the service is warm and efficient.
