Fantastic food (honestly, the pasta is the best I have eaten in Hanoi), long wine list and lovely attentive staff. Cugini has a nice location in Tây Ho with an upstairs terrace and well designed dining area. Well worth a visit.

I had dinner there and got pizza and prosecco.
Both very good.
Place is nice and pleasant. What positively surprised me was the staff. Very careful about costumers and professional.
I was there the following evening as well to enjoy pasta and fish.
