Good ambiance, friendly staff and I found the charm of an older building lovely. Much nicer than all the ultra modern hotels. The staff were very helpful. The outlook was lovely and the gardens charming. The experience at the spa was relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable - overall a very enjoyable stay
