I really toyed with a 5 star review, this hotel is beautiful, very comfy, has beds made in Great Britain, and is in a good location, away from the town so is nice and quiet. The staff are also extremely friendly.
I went for 4 stars because
1. The air conditioning only goes as low as 19 degrees, this just isn t enough at night when it s 36. All other hotels go to 16.
2. Our stay was ruined by a very large noisy Vietnamese family who were shouting, screaming and running around from 6 am until gone midnight. Despite complaints the hotel offered us no solution or discount.
My final improvement suggestion would be to have an actual bar, you can get drinks but the bar isn t really staffed. I think the grounds are so lovely that residents would stay in an evening and have drinks at the hotel. I would definitely stay again, but the air con needs to be colder and the hotel should control rowdy guests.
