Journey to explore the flow of Thang Hen lake water - 3 days

14h00: The tour guide picks up guests at the meeting point, moves to Cao Bang.

19h00: The group stopped for a night meal at the rest stop.

21h00: The group checked in, rested at Thang Hen lake tourist area.

7h00: The group wakes up, packs up for trekking and then goes to breakfast.

If you are already in Cao Bang, we will pick you up at Thang Hen Lake tourist area.

8h00: Enjoy a peaceful morning with the poetic scenery of Thang Hen Lake and have breakfast, drink relaxing coffee. The whole group got acquainted and exchanged, listened to the tour guide disseminate the basic safety rules.

8:30 a.m.: The whole group focuses on warming up, safety experts guide you to use safety equipment and practice swinging.

9:30 a.m.: Departure, journey to explore old forests, rocky mountains, Tra Linh nature reserve. Approach Canh Chao sinkhole – the deepest and also the most attractive point in the morning journey.

11h00: Arriving at the cave entrance, the tour guide and Safety Assistant will guide the crew to swing rope into the sinkhole. Here, you will admire the miraculous work of water over millions of years of absorption and erosion. If we look from above, we can see an entire mountain range that seems to have been gouged out by the creator with a huge hole in the middle. If you don't look up at the bottom of the Sinkhole, you'll see a magical dome of the sky.

11h00-12h00: Continue space exploration in the sinkhole. Around the Sinkhole are steep cliffs with moss and grass clinging to lush green growth. Beneath the Sinkhole are many types of trees from woody to grassy stems forming a luxuriant forest as if standing in a miniature version of Son Doong cave (Quang Binh). 

12h30: After that, you have lunch right in the sinkhole.

13h30: The tour guide guides guests to swing rope up the cave wall, take check-in photos.

15h00-17h00: Trekking back to Thang Hen Lake, explore this beautiful but also mysterious lake. Everyone will experience rafting around the lake, fishing, SUP paddling to explore the lake, swimming in the lake, exploring the natural underground cave around the lake. Depending on the time of year, you will witness the strange transformation of the Thang Hen lake system when the water level of the lakes changes seasonally through surface and underground flows up to tens of meters of water.

18h00-20h00: Enjoy a unique dinner at the restaurant in the heart of the cave, the whole group will have dinner together and enjoy the extremely charming space among nature, watching the moon and stars in the border region.

6h00: Wake up in the morning light of the mountains, have breakfast, enjoy coffee or a cup of warm ginger tea.

8h00: The group gathered to communicate the schedule, safety rules and warm-up practice before departure.

8h30 - 10h30: Continue your trekking journey following the rising water, through dense forests, enjoying unspoiled nature. On the journey to freely see the exotic flowers, colorful mushrooms arranged along the road, the velvety green grassy valleys, the close mountain peaks, all shapes.

10h30 – 12h00: Start your journey through the mountains through a mysterious cave deep in the jungle. Admire the stalactites in a variety of amazing shapes.

12h30: Have lunch, rest in the valley to recharge for the afternoon journey.

13h30 – 14h00: Coming to Na Ma valley, opening before your eyes is an endless valley with purple Ham Ha flowers in the distance are a few horses grazing. That unreal scene was like stepping into a fairyland. Na Ma valley every time of the year changes a new shirt based on the water brought, when it is an endless green steppe when the field with lakes and rivers winds around.

11h30 – 13h30: Have lunch, rest in the valley to recharge for the afternoon journey.

14h30: Check-in at the Eye of God mountain with an altitude of nearly 700m – the highest place to leave traces proving the power of the water, see the unique mountain with a puncture cave on the top of the mountain with a unique shape like a giant eye with a diameter of 50m.

15h00: From Eye of God Mountain, continue to cross Nam Trá waterfall. The waterfall with the changing water according to the seasons flows through gray rocky outcrops, surrounded by green forest trees. Nam Trá Waterfall connects with the lakes around Mat Than Mountain to form a huge water conditioning system of nature, forming a closed cycle of water flow. Soak your feet in the cool water while feeling the wonderful arrangement of nature here.

15h00 - 18h00: Through Nam Trá waterfall to the pick-up point to return to homestay to wash and rest. The group enjoyed dinner together, exchanged more bonds with each other before returning to Hanoi.

19h00: Depart to return to Hanoi.

01:00 the next morning: The bus takes you back to the original pick-up point like completing a water cycle. The voyage ended but also the beginning of new expeditions in the future.
