Hon Bip, Hon O and Hon Crow are located close together and are connected by a road in the middle of the sea created by sand. Crow Island when viewed from above resembles the image of Lying Buddha, so it is also known as Lying Buddha Island. The road in the middle of the sea is nearly 1 km long, of which the section connecting Hon Ó and Hon Crow is the most prominent. You can explore this path by walking back and forth between the islands easily.
The most populated place on the island is Hon Bip, currently with 100 households living. Most of them will work in net fishing and aquaculture to make a living. Coming here, in addition to having fun and sightseeing, you can also immerse yourself in the simple and rustic life of the fishing villagers.

Travel time
The most beautiful and favorable time is from December to June, at this time the weather in Nha Trang is dry, with little rain, beautiful sunshine and not too hot. The calm sea and smooth waves help boats move easily and safely for visitors, avoiding the risk of seasickness. July to September is the time of summer, the weather will be hotter.
How to get there
Diep Son Island is located in Diep Son village, Van Thang commune, Van Ninh district, Van Phong Bay, Khanh Hoa province, about 60km north of Nha Trang city. You can travel by canoe or passenger boat.
Traveling by canoe takes about 20 minutes to travel. . The ticket price is about 200,000 VND/person/way. The price of renting a canoe for 6-10 people is about 2 million/trip. Please note that the departure and return times of the canoe are not fixed, so it is difficult to arrange a time for the schedule.
Passenger boats are used to travel for people on the island and transport goods. The ship usually departs at 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and returns to the mainland around 5 a.m. – 6 a.m. depending on the water. The train price is 200,000 VND/person round trip with a time of 45 minutes.

Sleeping in bungalows: currently on Phat Lam Island, there are about 6 bungalows with basic amenities for tenants.
Camp with a tent right on the beach: You can bring your own tent or rent a tent. Note that you need to bring all your belongings, it will not be easy to buy things on the island because there is a lot of shortage, so you should bring a lot of food and filtered water.

Certain notes to know when coming to Diep Son Island
Electricity on Diep Son Island is only morning from 18h to 21h. Therefore, if you go on your own, you need to bring a flashlight, a power bank for your phone or lighting equipment... If you use people's electricity, remember to pay them less because electricity on the island is quite expensive.

Diep Son Island does not have an official beach, so the areas around the water level are quite shallow, there are many jellyfish and thorn bridges, and there is swimming, so be careful.
