Cat Ba National Park

Cat Ba National Park is the perfect combination between limestone green forest ecosystem, alpine mangrove forest, coastal mangrove ecosystem and marine and cave ecosystem. With more than 740 species of plants and 282 diverse animal species, Cat Ba National Park was recognized by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve of the earth in 2004. It is also home to the majority of the world's remaining white-headed langurs. The islets are surrounded by coral shelves and many have saltwater lakes. Here, you can try your hand at climbing mountains to Kim Giao forest or conquering Musketeer peak. On the way, sometimes you also encounter many interesting insects, primates, reptiles.
