Vien's kitchen is a harmonious sunshine garden, juggling the flavors, temperatures, and textures of each local ingredient, where Chef delights in discovering his soul reflected in his childhood dishes. At Vien is an intersection of the beauty of the era and traditional breath in each product. Vien intentionally arranges Vietnamese products in a minimalist way so that diners can gently contemplate the traditional spirit in a modern, soft and pleasant space.
