Located in the center, the Toc Cafe has a rustic beauty, decorated in the style of houses of mountainous locals. Entering the cafe, you will see golden corn cobs and bundles of rice hanging from the ceiling. The surrounding area also adorns with reeds, adding simple items that people often use for daily activities.
The café exudes a cozy feeling thanks to the use of yellow lights, simple wooden furniture, combined with old brick walls tinged with time. There is also a background with the words "check in Cao Bang" so that visitors can pose for some commemorative photos.
This café not only sells coffee but is also very famous for its special coconut milk black jelly.

literally this place is awesome. We tried their few smoothies and different kind of items which I had never seen before in my life. All were yummy and amazingly delicious. Best place to spend time in Cao Bang. Also, appreciate the owner who personally entertained us and so cooperative staff.
