Starting as an online-only bakery throughout Hoi An, Thom's sourdough bakery has now opened a store located near An Bang beach. They still sell mostly French breads and pastries, but you can choose it as a regular work spot in the mornings. Ordering a croissant and latte is enough to recharge the whole session. The staff here are quite friendly and enthusiastic.
The fragrant, soft cakes with an attractive aroma are enough to recharge for a long day.

If you are in Hoi An and craving a sourdough toasted sandwich or filled ciabatta, or a coffee and pastry, this is the place to go. Just along from the bustling riverside but a little peaceful and cool haven. Their bread is baked in their own bakery and the toasted sandwiches are delicious. They also have a few choices of iced or hot speciality coffees and fresh smoothies, etc. Immaculate cafe. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Go there early in your trip to Hoi An, as I m sure you will want to return.
