After finding numerous recommendations for The Common Room Project on various blogs and websites we decided to stay for 2 nights and had a pleasant time here.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient but for my liking they toe the line of being a little too relaxed around guests.
The rooms themselves are spacious with big, comfortable beds and one shared bathroom per dorm. I remain dubious, howeverr of the security of the wooden lockers provided in the room, especially as one cannot lock the doors to the dorms.
As for the common area, there is a well-stocked fridge with fruit and all manner of drinks available. For me the space was a little cluttered and for those with allergies, be aware that there are cats present.
