24 hour check-in. Convenience store right next to the hotel. Clean room and facilities, although you may hear your neighbors when they’re in the restroom. Otherwise, no issues at all. Rooms have A/C and a safe box. I would come and stay again. Close to the big attractions of HCM.

The hotel is very basic. However rooms are very nice, clean with a safe.
At $40 a night you can’t ask for anymore. I was told some hotels in the area offer breakfast at same price.
Staff good and friendly but lacking in English ( I am in Vietnam!!).
So really a very good room only place with nice bathroom.
Note: you have to negotiate about 12 steps to get into and out of hotel. If that’s a concern don’t stay here
