We arrived at this hotel not realising that there was not an elevator to the 4th floor and unfortunately the bed was to soft ( I prefer the Vietnamese and Thai firm beds). We exposed this to Warren at the reception and he was extremely comprehensive, friendly and professional. Warren did everything he could to fix this situation and allow us to have a great stay with Chez Mimosa. The reason for rating this 4 is Warren a staff member that should be recognised for his amazing costumer service.
