Pu Luong Natura has beautiful rooms with breathtaking balcony view (mountains and terraces). the environment in the resort is awesome with two pools and a lot of trees and spots to relax. Mr. Phuoc was very attentive and caring. He obviously put his heart into making sure his guests have a good stay. Mr. Luyen is also a great tour guide. He showed us many amazing places and was very considerate with guests that have special needs.
The restaurant in the hotel is lovely. Food always taste fresh and delicious and Mr. Phuoc always recommend dishes that are suitable to our tastes.
I do have to minus 1 star from my review due to the poor soundproof situation. When the hotel is crowded, it could get very annoying if your rooms are near the restaurant because the rooms are not soundproofed at all so yeah things could get noisy and troublesome.
Beside that, i totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back
