Pot au Pho is led by Perter Cuong Franklin, chef and founder of Anan Saigon – the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. American magazine assessed that the new restaurant will elevate pho, Vietnam's national dish, to a high level. It has 14 counter seats, a spacious bar and an open kitchen, diners can see inside the chefs at work. Black chicken noodle soup is recommended for guests when coming to the restaurant.
