Pho Minh

The shop is located in a separate alley, planted with many green and quiet potted plants on both sides in the heart of District 1. Pho Minh is not large, focusing on the feeling of bringing diners rather than the number of customers. The taste of Northern pho here is shown through the sweet, sweet broth from the bones without additives. Occasionally in the smoke emanating from the boiling broth pot in the corner of the house is the smell of hot ginger. The beef chosen is tender, fragrant and fresh. The pho cake has a small, soft and moderately chewy version. Diners who come here can order refilled, encrusted, and tendoned meals according to their preferences. The restaurant also serves pate chaud for extra meals.
