Huong Binh Pho

Huong Binh Pho Shop is located on Vo Thi Sau Street, District 3. The shop is not too big, but it is always neat and clean. Coming to the restaurant, customers will be impressed when they see the "hostess" Phuc Thinh personally standing in the kitchen, processing each bowl of smoky pho. This pho shop has been open since 1958 with a menu of only two dishes: chicken pho (intestines, young eggs, chicken seeds) with tough chicken, crispy skin and beef pho, encrusted, bucket, tendons, and balls. In addition, there is a rather special beef humpback pho, more fragrant than filling, not too soft like stuffed and fatty like a bucket but not too crispy like a bucket. Huong Binh Pho has the characteristics of a clear broth, not greasy but still very rich, retaining many diners who love Vietnamese pho.
