Nestled in an alley on Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1, Noir - Dining in the Dark offers guests the experience of a meal in complete darkness. Visitors just need to relax, use their taste buds to feel the sophistication of the food and let their minds drift to the music.
Before dining, diners are asked to store bags, personal items, phones or things that may glow such as clocks and lighters in a securely locked drawer. Then came a room plunged into darkness with a visually impaired waitress.

The food was delicious and the experience was very enjoyable, using senses other then our sight to dine on 11 courses was certainly interesting.

Second time here, first was when they just opened in 2016. Would recommend for anyone who has not dined in the dark as will be one of your most memorable and surprising dining experiences ever! However saw the effects of covid in the food and wine choices - so hopefully will come back.
