In the city center, go almost all the way to Pasteur Street one-way, to the section near the intersection with Tran Quoc Toan Street (District 3), you will see Pho Hoa located on the right. The restaurant has been present in Saigon since 1968, over the decades it still attracts diners.
Many diners consider Pho Hoa to be cooked more suitable for Southern tastes. A bowl of "all sorts of things" in Pho Hoa has portions of beef, encrusted, buckets, tendons, beef balls...
A regular bowl of pho in Pho Hoa costs 75,000 VND, while a large bowl costs 90,000 VND. The restaurant serves a plate full of herbs, including coriander, basil, eye-catching green cilantro, plus a plate of bean sprouts, lemon, chili, biscuits... If you like, diners can also choose chicken noodle soup.
Not only pho, Pho Hoa also has pâté chaud, orange cake, sausage cake, salad rolls... for diners to enjoy, along with a diverse drink menu. The restaurant is airy and clean, if you choose the space upstairs, diners can watch the flow of cars passing by on the peaceful Pasteur street.
