Although this place is slightly new in Quang Ninh s restaurants chain, it has proved to be quite a fitting opponent to top restaurants here. Though the interior can be a little bit clunky, the food and the view will blast you away along with good service. Visit this restaurant if you re looking for an above-average location to dine.
