We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. Mr Anh helped us book all our trips. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.It is close to the lake and I would recommend this hotel to all.

We contacted the reception desk early in the morning as our booked accommodation was unsuitable. Staff very helpful in making space and welcoming us. Upgraded to a suite for last bit of our stay. Very knowledgeable of area and confident with recommendations. Clean and central - enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Miss Jessica in particular! Good value for money.
