One of the best fine dinning so far in Saigon. The chef creates such an amazing food. The co-owner ( Chef s wife) is very friendly and nice.
My partner took me here for dinner before flying back to DaNang.
The atmosphere was wonderful with superb service. We ordered two sets and they allowed us to switch the main and dessert so we could try more things.
My only disappointment was the duck confit, it wasn’t as tender as I expected it, it was on the dry side. We actually found the snacks/hor d’oeuvres that came before the set course more memorable than some of the main courses itself. Having said that, the steak was fantastically done, my partner loved his meat medium rare but with no blood oozing out, and it was just that. He was highly impressed. The bread selection was commendable too. There was also a complimentary dessert platter after our desserts too. Lots of food served!
