The ground floor exhibits an overview of the natural and social characteristics of Can Tho in the past and present, introducing the geographical location, land, river climate, flora and fauna, landscape, brain culture, culture of the 3 ethnic groups Kinh – Khmer – Hoa, photo exhibition of Can Tho in the past and present.
