Aubergine49 Restaurant features an extensive menu of contemporary Eurasian cuisine, exquisite wines, and homemade desserts. Aubergine49 Restaurant’s ala carte options include pistachio-crusted goat cheese, duck liver parfait, miso-glazed seabass, roasted rack of lamb, and stuffed squid. For dessert, we highly recommend the dark chocolate delice and banoffee pie with brandy snap and Dalat yoghurt sorbet.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Fantastic fine dining experience in Hoi An. French-influenced Vietnamese dishes, including Pan-Roasted Sea Bass with crab rilletes and Sri-Lankan curry sauce, and slow-cooked smoked duck breast with cherry and plum sauce. Service was extraordinary - attentive and informed without being overly familiar. We had the set menu which was great value for what it was. Wine tends to be expensive, but that is a problem across all Vietnamese restaurants (but the food was too nice not to have a nice bottle of wine with it!)
