Không gian đẹp, yên tĩnh, sang trọng, gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Nên thuê xe đạp đi khám phá các homstay khác ở chân núi xung quanh. Gần các điểm danh thắng. Tốt nhất nên đi xe ô tô riêng để tiện đi tham quan

Địa điểm gần đầm Vân Long. Bài trí nội và ngoại thất hợp lý. Có hồ bơi trong nhà nước ấm nhưng hơi cạn. Nhà hàng giá tương đối cao, chất lượng khá. Spa 21giờ thì đóng của. Nhân viên nếu so ở Ninh Bình thì thuộc loại tốt. Ăn sáng không nhiều loại thức ăn và bình thường.
