Dịch vụ khá ok, nhân viên lễ tân, phục vụ, bảo vệ đều rất thân thiện. Có dịch vụ cho khách thuê xe đạp miễn phí. Không gian rộng rãi, có view hướng ra hồ và núi.
Điều duy nhất cần cải thiện là khách sạn nên có turndown service. Mình ở 2n1đ và không được dọn phòng khi ra ngoài buổi tối.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Resort. Die Lage ist großartig und Essen schmeckt super!
Mit dem Begrüßungsgetränk hat man sich direkt wie ein VIP gefühlt :-) Vielen Dank nochmal an Cobby und Ciara, beide haben einen tollen Service geleistet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Minibar großzügig gefüllt. Zusätzlich bekommt man einen Obstkorb und eine Kerze wird angezündet gegen Mücken. Das Resort ist zu empfehlen!
Wir waren jedoch mit der Fahrrad Auswahl ein bisschen enttäuscht. Es müsste mehr Fahrräder geben bzw alle mal richtig in Schuss gebracht werden, da es das einzige Transportmittel für Gäste ist. Wir haben einen Shuttle vom Resort zu einem anderen Hotel in Hanoi gebucht und zwischendurch hatte man versucht uns zum erneuten bezahlen zu bekommen. Als wir dann in Hanoi ankamen, wurde uns ein Taxi gerufen und es wurde wieder versucht erneut von uns Geld zu bekommen. Im Endeffekt, mussten wir als wir im Hotel ankamen trotzdem erneut zahlen, obwohl uns etwas anderes gesagt wurde. Dies war alles sehr stressig und war keine schöne Erfahrung.
