Tour Itinerary
The main activity in the Shinrin Yoku – Forest Bathing course is a slow walk in the forest, while focusing on feeling the five senses during the trip.
After meeting at the meeting place, you will be informed about how to experience the Shinrin Yoku - Forest Bathing course and important notes.
The trip will take about 3 hours to go through pine forest, old forest, then gravel road with fern canopy. At the end, you will soak your feet in the stream to relax and have breakfast, enjoy tea/coffee at the common area in Ray.
