Putting one foot in the Bamboo Kitchen, we will immediately encounter thousands of rustic bamboo stems designed to create a space that is both intimate, familiar and unique. I haven't tasted the food yet, just looking at the space makes me feel craving a cozy and delicious home meal


I am from the West, so I decided to order dishes with all the flavors of 3 regions and add a Southern-style seafood hotpot as well. The bamboo kitchen has just been prepared, and the whole family has been complimented, and I said that when I said it, I was drooling.


Bamboo tube grilled chicken: this dish is chicken grilled in bamboo tubes, so it has a very delicious sweet taste, and the chewy meat is fragrant and delicious like Northwest hill chicken


Grilled squid on Cham Island: there is no time to go to Cham Island to play, so you must try this dish, the chewy, fragrant squid is grilled with a spicy and sour flavor, not ashamed to be a specialty of Quang Nam


Northwest grilled ribs: This is the most impressive dish for me, the ribs are marinated with rustic spices such as menmen, green pepper and grilled on charcoal, so it is fragrant and very rich in taste


Finally, it ends with a seafood hotpot, which looks a bit like a Western islet hotpot but is combined with more diverse vegetables and ingredients, so it feels strange to eat and extremely rolled.


There are a few other dishes such as spring rolls, mango salad with seafood, and beef rolls with broccoli to review in each photo. Eating a meal feels like traveling to three regions!! I didn't think that in the heart of Hoi An, I could eat all kinds of dishes throughout my country, each dish was just right and so delicate.
