Metropole Hanoi's Spice Garden restaurant reopens

Translated by Bing
Spice Garden, the quintessential Vietnamese restaurant of Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has just officially reopened after the upgrade process.

As a flavor garden with traditional Vietnamese dishes in a new modern style, Spice Garden has opened its doors to welcome diners back in the soft opening event in early August 2023 with an à la minute menu prepared when ordering, instead of the buffet option as before.

Reopening this time, Spice Garden introduces a completely new menu with many dishes with Vietnamese flavors from all over the region, especially Northern cuisine. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, the best quality from leading suppliers, along with ingredients and spices that are organically sourced and certified sustainable, Spice Garden promises to provide diners with unforgettable culinary experiences.

Typical in Spice Garden's rich menu are Hanoi Fried Spring Rolls, Roasted Pigeon, Fried Shrimp with Salted Eggs. A variety of drinks include Northern tea specialties such as ancient Shan Tuyet Tea Diep, Ancient Suoi Giang Shan Tuyet Yellow Tea, White Lotus Tea and many herbal cocktails and special drinks of Spice Garden.

The interior of Spice Garden also wears a new look with a more cozy space. The restaurant has two private rooms for groups of guests who need a private space. All tableware, dishes, and cups have been replaced. Tablecloths, napkins, and decorative handmade pottery all have earthy brown tones suitable for an elegant and airy space thanks to taking advantage of natural light.

A harmonious combination of luxurious cozy space and exquisite features of Vietnamese cuisine, Spice Garden not only offers authentic culinary experiences but also celebrates the art and warmth that make Vietnamese hospitality. The restaurant service is also raised to a new level, more classy with interesting modern dish presentation techniques. Spice Garden also brings many high-end Vietnamese brand teas and wines to enrich the beverage portfolio.

After a period of temporary closure to upgrade during the pandemic, Spice Garden restaurant (formerly known as Spices Garden) is now ready to welcome diners to enjoy the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of the capital.
