As a flavor garden with traditional Vietnamese dishes in a new modern style, Spice Garden has opened its doors to welcome diners back in the soft opening event in early August 2023 with an à la minute menu prepared when ordering, instead of the buffet option as before.
Reopening this time, Spice Garden introduces a completely new menu with many dishes with Vietnamese flavors from all over the region, especially Northern cuisine. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, the best quality from leading suppliers, along with ingredients and spices that are organically sourced and certified sustainable, Spice Garden promises to provide diners with unforgettable culinary experiences.
Typical in Spice Garden's rich menu are Hanoi Fried Spring Rolls, Roasted Pigeon, Fried Shrimp with Salted Eggs. A variety of drinks include Northern tea specialties such as ancient Shan Tuyet Tea Diep, Ancient Suoi Giang Shan Tuyet Yellow Tea, White Lotus Tea and many herbal cocktails and special drinks of Spice Garden.
The interior of Spice Garden also wears a new look with a more cozy space. The restaurant has two private rooms for groups of guests who need a private space. All tableware, dishes, and cups have been replaced. Tablecloths, napkins, and decorative handmade pottery all have earthy brown tones suitable for an elegant and airy space thanks to taking advantage of natural light.
