The best time to visit Ta Phin is around the end of August to mid-September. This is the time when the terraced fields are dressed in a shiny yellow color and enter the golden season. In addition, you can also go to Ta Phin in April to watch the water season or in October - December to hunt the beautiful floating sea of clouds.

How to get to Ta Phin
To move here, you can rent a motorbike or call a motorbike taxi right in the center of Sapa and start a journey of more than 13km to explore this unspoiled village.
Unlike the roads leading to famous places such as Cat Cat village, Ta Van or Y Linh Ho, the road to Ta Phin is a difficult and challenging road even for good drivers.
You will have to go through a lot of winding slopes full of rocks, crossing narrow roads that are only enough for one car to go, cars going in the opposite direction must nestle close to the cliff. So be careful and steer as hard as possible if you want to conquer this rugged road.

Ta Phin Ancient Monastery

Ta Phin Cave
